Earlier this year, Susanne Zander (BIBUS METALS GmbH) and I came up with the idea to help our apprentices get to know each other better and work more closely together.

Networking right from the start of their training.

This led to the creation of our first nationwide Hashtag#AzubiNetworking event!
By sharing knowledge and learning together, our apprentices won’t just deepen their expertise, they’ll also build valuable connections that will support them throughout their careers. 💡

This week, it all kicks off in Kirrlach – and of course, we, the trainers, will be there too! But what exactly is planned? Well, that’s still a secret for now. 😉
