Business trip to Sweden: Visit to our Partner Tovab

Hey metal fans!

Our colleague Thorsten has just returned from a successful business trip to Sweden! Among other things, he discussed the order situation and future investments with our partner Tovab. We are looking forward to the delivery of a new 6000 bar water jet cutting machine in the summer and an upgrade to 6000 bar for one of our existing machines. This will significantly reduce cutting times! The 5-axis water jet cutting machine also allows for angled cuts, which will provide great added value to our customers.

We also discussed the software we use in common. This allows us to work more efficiently on our customer orders. In the future, our incoming goods protocols will also be processed through this system - this will significantly improve our quality management.

Our colleague also enjoyed some leisure time and visited the VASA museum, where a 333-year-old, 98% preserved battleship is exhibited. He grilled burgers over an open fire on a small island and witnessed a polar light!

We look forward to continuing our partnership with Tovab and delivering high-quality semi-finished products made of titanium, titanium alloys, nickel, nickel alloys, and special stainless steels to our customers.
